UCROO (the site found at www.ucroo.com) is operated by UCROO PTY LTD ("We" or "Our" or "Us"), registered in Victoria, Australia with ACN 149 381 706.

By signing up to UCROO, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions in using the website. We may ban you at any time for failing to abide by our terms and conditions. Every time you sign into the site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, which may have changed since you last signed in. In consideration for the receipt of our site data you agree to the following terms.

You are responsible for the security and integrity of your details

You are responsible for the loss of your login details. We are unable to guarantee the recovery of data lost by you in failing to secure your login details. Access to the website is conditional on you being able to provide your stated username and password. You must use your real name in signing up for the website.

You are responsible for what you post.

In the posting on the website you agree to indemnify us from any loss we may incur, directly or indirectly, financial or non-financially, as a result of something you have posted on the website; this includes losses incurred by Us, all of Our directors and officers, employees and other related parties.

We do not warrant that users will always remain anonymous. Where subject to an Australian court order, We may be forced to hand over data regarding users. We take no responsibility for consequences you may incur as a result of this.

Our service

UCROO is constantly evolving and as such, user generated content and assets may from time to time be moved or removed as required by such changes. We take no responsibility for data loss that may occur as a result of these changes.

UCROO may experience outages from time to time. These outages may affect your ability to access the site and the data you have on our servers. From time to time data loss may also be experienced. For this reason, we make no warranty as to your ability to access your data, or for the data to remain on our servers at all times.

UCROO’s experience is tailored to help you get the most out of university. For this reason, we limit your ability to access the site, and you agree not to use UCROO for any reason which an ordinary user might not reasonably be expected to. This includes using the site to scrape data, take data from other users, or access the machines of other users.

Severability and Waiver

Where any term of this contract is found by a court to be invalid, it does not operate to invalidate the entire contract, and is rather individually severed. UCROO’s failure to enforce any of the terms of this contract where breach or loss has been incurred or discovered does not amount to a waiver of either the term or the contract as a whole.

No warranty

We make no warranties as to the services provided on the website. In particular we do not warrant that the service will always be available, or that data on the website will always be stored correctly.

Intellectual property

All code, images, icons, trademarks, markup, materials and any other data that is transferred to the user remains at all times the property of Us, with the transfer being on the terms of a limited licence, where the content may only be used for the purpose of accessing, navigating and using the functions of the site. You may not use any data which We send you for other purposes.

Content generated on the website remains Our property. If you are responsible for having generated content on the website you retain a licence to use, edit, propagate and copy the content which you have generated.
